For our Flexible rates:
● 50% of the entire stay will be charged upon confirmation. The pre-payment
amount is refundable if the reservation is cancelled prior the cancellation period.
The remaining 50% accommodation balance should be settled 21 days prior to
arrival.
● In case of cancellation in more than 90 days prior to arrival no cancellation fees
apply. In the event of cancellation or overnights reduction in less than 90 days
prior to the arrival date or Non show, cancellation fees will be equal to 50% of the
total reservation cost.
For our Non-Refundable rates:
● A 100% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
● Any cancellation at any point for any reason results in 100% payment of entire
booking. NO REFUNDS
● Name on reservation and stay dates cannot be changed once booked. NO
ALTERATIONS PERMITTED.
